Terms of participation  

The contest is an initiative of Dorel (trade name of Maxi Miliaan BV), Korendijk 5, 5704 RD Helmond, Chamber of Commerce no. 17060920, hereinafter ‘Dorel'.

By participating the participant agrees to these terms of participation.

1. A participant must be 18 years or older. Employees of Dorel, relatives of such employees and/or anybody having been involved in the preparation of this contest in an way are excluded from participation.

2. By entering into the contest the participants can win a Maxi-Cosi Lila CP 391.20£ / Maxi-Cosi Lila SP 319.20£ . Any taxes on games of chance will be paid by Dorel.

3. Participation is free of charge.

4. Each participant can only validly participate with one contribution. It is not allowed to send in more than one contribution or to use more than one Instagram account.

5. In order to validly participate in the contest, the screenshot must be visible in the story of the participant's Instagram account before 17:00 PM CET+1 on the 24th of June for the first winner and before 17:00 PM CET+1 on the 26th of June 2020 for second and last one. The winners will be announced on selected at random and announced, first winner on Wednesday 24th of June at 18:00 PM CET+1 hour via stories and direct message and second winner on Friday 26th of June at 18:00 PM CET+1 hour via stories and direct message.

6. For the purpose of the contest, communicating with and about the winning participant as well as sending the price to the winning participant Dorel will process personal data of the participants. The winning participant consent to Dorel making his/her name public. For further information about data protection by Dorel and the participants rights regarding data protection we refer to the privacy policy of Dorel.

7. The price is not exchangeable for money. If the winning participant explicitly waives his right to receive the price, Dorel will be entitled to either sell the price and keep the proceeds, or to give the price to a third party or charity.

8. Dorel reserves the right to exclude participants it considers abuse the contest either by not fulfilling these terms or acting fraudulently or influencing or trying to influence the outcome of the contest in undue ways.

9. Dorel is entitled to demand identification of a participant. Refusal to provide appropriate means of identification will lead to exclusion from the contest.

10. The contest and these terms are governed by, and the provisions thereof will be construed in accordance with Dutch law.
